Return Policy

 

All products are custom-made on demand, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, design, or simply changing your mind.

 

Eligible for refund/replacement:

• Items damaged during shipping or with manufacturing defects (e.g., printing errors).
• Must report within 30 days from delivery date with clear photos or video proof—no need to ship the item back.
• We will request a free reprint or full refund via your original payment method.

 

Not eligible:

• Incorrect size/color/design ordered.
• Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5" tolerance on DTG prints).
• Late delivery claims without proof (we track all shipments).
